Terms of Rental

Driver(s)

Each driver has to present a driving license to his name, valid in the country issued ( all licenses written in different characters than the Latin alphabet have to be accompanied by a international driving license) and detain their license since a minimum period depending on the general conditions of the country of location. The driver also has to meet the age criterion which is set at 21 years of age minimum. Drivers detaining a probationary license are not eligible to rent a car from us.

Method of payment

The estimated amount of the cost of the rental as well as further expenses in case of damages or infractions has to be guaranteed at the time of rental.

Credit cards are accepted; We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express
Cash, debit and travelers checks are only accepted on lower class rentals; a deposit is needed at the time of rental covering for the estimated total of the rental as well as extra charges that might apply if damage occurs.
IT IS PROHIBITED TO SMOKE IN AUTORENTALCANADA.COM VEHICULES.
Additional charges will be billed depending on damaged caused to the vehicle: smell of smoke, burn mark...

Vehicles

Fuel

All the categories of vehicles are not available in all our stations; for this reason, it is recommended to reserve in advance.
The majority of our rates do not include a charge for fuel. At the time of departure, the cars are provided with the minimum level of fuel and at the time of return the car has to be returned with the same level of fuel. If the car is missing fuel, charges may apply. No refund for fuel left in the gas tank.

Maintenance

The maintenance fee of the vehicle is included in our prices. These maintenance charges paid by the client are refundable when presenting a paid bill when approved beforehand by AutoRentalCanada.com.

Restrictions of Use

It is a must, at time of reservation or location, to verify the territories, provinces or states where the vehicle can be operated.
